For the 24th year running, Efteling is getting ready for Winter Efteling.
On November 14, the fairytale theme park will once again be transformed into a winter paradise with crackling bonfires, atmospheric garlands and thousands of sparkling lights. The rides and inhabitants of the park will be preparing for winter in their own special way and, after two years, the park’s ice-skating rink will return. The Warme Winter Weide, a nostalgic winter garden, will be extended with the uncovered ice-skating rink, which visitors can enjoy until March 5, 2023.
The Warme Winter Weide winter garden will feature additional entertainment and heart-warming daily musical offerings alongside food and beverages. Highlights for children include Pardoes the Magic Jester and Princess Pardijn welcoming children in a sleigh and the beloved fairy, Fay de Fee, and Pinocchio trying to make it snow.
In addition, visitors can enjoy the acapella music of Zang & Gelukkig. From December 10, Mister and Madam Time, from theatre show CARO, will perform winter songs on weekends and holidays in the Carousel Palace. A new Witches Camp can be found in the beautifully lit Fairytale Forest and each day will end with a colourful water show Aquanura.
