Walibi announces compensation scheme for season pass and ticket holders

Walibi Belgium has been working tirelessly for one month to repair the damage caused by the floods of 16 July. Walibi will open its doors again at the beginning of October, just in time for the Halloween season. Aqualibi’s opening date has yet to be confirmed.

The Park has since put in place a compensation scheme for pass and ticket holders, which includes subscriptions being automatically extended by the number of closing days. The Parking Pass is also to be extended by the number of days the theme park is closed. During the month of September, subscribers will be able to consult on the new validity date of their subscription via a digital platform.

All unused tickets purchased up to and including July 15, 2021 will be automatically extended up to and including September 30, 2022 .Holders of a ticket purchased via the Walibi Belgium website can submit a refund request between October 1, 2022 and December 31, 2022 (subject to payment of an administrative fee of €3).
