Pleasure Beach adds Adventure Golf
The main addition for 2008 at Pleasure Beach in Blackpool, England, will be an Adventure Golf attraction overlooking the promenade.
The 12-hole course, sited just outside the park on Flagstaff Gardens, will feature an eye-catching 21st Century design, brilliant landscaping and state-of-the-art holes to entertain both young and old.
Those who are more likely to bunker than pitch and putt will be able to enjoy the beautiful surroundings from benches situated around the course, or enjoy refreshments from an on-site café.
”Adventure Golf will improve the overall look of the promenade and offers a significant new statement in the realm of public art,” believes Pleasure Beach MD Amanda Thompson.
Park visitors are expected to play the first round in time for Easter.
