Story Land expands calendar for daily operations

Off to a busy start, Story Land, New Hampshire’s Top Destination for Family Fun, will provide even more chances to smile soon: the park will open daily beginning Friday,  16 July.

After starting this summer with a conservative schedule, local and regional progress against COVID-19 has cleared the way for Story Land to take the next steps in its phased return to normality. Along with the move from 5-day operations to a daily schedule, attractions such as the Oceans of Fun Submarine and Loopy Lab are also reopening.

“Our guests have been asking for us to open every day, and the time is right to make their wish come true,” said general manager, Eric Dziedzic. “We significantly increased our pay and overall compensation packages to bring in a high quantity of high-quality Team Members, which is now allowing us to expand to a full schedule.”

Story Land is currently open from 9:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. Fridays through Tuesdays. With the shift to daily operations beginning July 16, the park will offer a daily schedule through Tuesday, August 31. Sister attraction Living Shores Aquarium, located right next door, is also open from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. daily as it enjoys a strong first official summer after the pandemic derailed its debut last year. Living Shores Aquarium offers a great complement to Story Land, with hands-on exhibits, animal feeding opportunities, and an alternative experience when guests want to beat the heat or escape the rain.

Both Story Land and Living Shores Aquarium continue to seek quality individuals of all age ranges to join the attraction teams.

To better monitor attendance, the park requires visitors purchase tickets online in advance. Guests with a Story Land Season Pass do not need to RSVP – one of many great reasons to become a Season Passholder! The 2021 Platinum Season Pass bundles Story Land and Living Shores Aquarium with perks galore, such as free admission to fellow New Hampshire attraction Water Country and Connecticut’s Lake Compounce, which is in the midst of its 175th Birthday Celebration!
