Semnox Solutions has successfully completed its roll out across SMAAASH Entertainment, a leading FEC chain. SMAAASH Entertainment has 30 stores across India and overseas, and is planning to further its popularity with a number of significant expansion plans currently in the work.

SMAAASH launched in 2012, and is the brainchild of former investment banker and film producer Shripal Morakhia, and co-owned by Sachin Tendulkar, who also acts as the SMAAASH brand ambassador. The FECs offer a mix of bowling, VR and arcade video games, ports simulation technology-based cricket, football, racing, and recreational activities along with dining for adults and children.
SMAAASH is also known for its 360 degree cricket simulators, twilight bowling zones, motor racing simulators, and go-karting tracks besides games such as ‘Walk the Plank’, ‘Finger Coaster’, and ‘Cockpit 360’. Besides adopting the RFID technology-based Parafait cashless solution, SMAAASH has opted for Semnox’s centralized reporting and card roaming services.

Semnox has covered more than ten locations in this recent phase, and the Semnox Parafait System promotes contactless technology – reducing wait times for visitors who want to play games or enjoy rides. The online reporting systems provides a consolidated view of business operations across all stores in one virtual centre, and the card roaming option enables customers to use a single card at multiple locations.
