SeaWorld San Antonio has introduced one of the first NEW attractions to open in America, the Texas Stingray. From Great Coasters International, it is the tallest, fastest, and longest wooden roller coaster in Texas.
Everything is bigger in Texas, and Texas Stingray is no exception. Riders face an initial 100-foot drop at a 57º angle, reaching speeds up to 55 mph (89 kph) over 3,379 feet (1,030 m) of track. Sixteen gravity defying airtime moments and a 100-foot (30 m) tunnel are just some of the other features this ride offers.
