Paul Novick has joined Betson Enterprises as Vice President of Sales & Sales Operations. Novick will oversee critical planning and help to maximise sales performance of this LBE industry supplier. His responsibilities will include planning, sales process optimisation, sales training, and sales programme implementation.

Novick has worked closely with small to medium size companies specialising in sales process optimisation and business development. He spent the last five years leading sales and sales management training for Kärcher North America where he led the customisation and launch team as well as providing ongoing training for its CRM program. He facilitated, created and developed training programs for direct, account management, customer service and distribution sales as well as sales management personnel.
