The UK’s first Nickelodeon themed area has opened at Pleasure Beach in Blackpool. The £10.3 million ($16.8m/E11.8m) Nickelodeon Land is packed with 12 rides and attractions from one of the world’s leading children’s entertainment brands.
“We are delighted to welcome Nickelodeon Land to Pleasure Beach,” says the park’s managing director, Amanda Thompson. “Both our brands represent fantastic family fun.”
The six-acre area, which replaces Beaver Creek, features a mix of new and re-themed attractions including the world’s first Twist ‘n’ Splash interactive water ride from Mack. The full line-up is as follows:
