German park celebrates best ever attendance
For the first time during its 33-year history, Europa-Park, Rust, Germany, has attracted over 4 million guests. The Mack family welcomed the season’s 4 millionth visitor on December 30 during the winter opening period and awarded them a 2-day stay at the park’s new Santa Isabel hotel.
Every fourth visitor now stays overnight in a Europa-Park hotel. In keeping with the parks theme, guests are also becoming more international, For example, one million attended last season from over the border in Switzerland and France.
