Sailing for the very first time on June 3, Carnival Breeze, the newest “Fun Ship” in the fleet of Carnival cruise lines, is offering passengers their very own onboard waterpark.
Signature attractions at Carnival WaterWorks – all by WhiteWater – include Champagne Bowl waterslide (pictured below), an AquaDrop slide featuring AquaLaunch capsule and an AquaPlay multi-level interactive play structure.
WhiteWater created the first Champagne Bowl in 2009 following Carnival’s request for an onboard SpaceBowl. Since the SpaceBowl’s splash pool would take up too much deck space on the boat, the Champagne Bowl was designed to produce the same thrilling drop, centrifugal forces and wall time, but with a compact, spiral staircase exit.
Carnival Spirit will be setting sail from Barcelona and Miami for destinations in Alaska, Hawaiia, Tahitia and Fiji.
