David Bromilow is the new operations manager at Drayton Manor in England.
The industry veteran has worked in both large and small parks around the globe, in addition to other sectors of the leisure industry. A qualified mechanical engineer, he boasts expertise in ride and attraction operations, maintenance, inspection, health & safety.
David’s 32-year career started at Blackpool Pleasure Beach in England. He has also worked at Magic Harbour theme park in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and as a consultant to Universal Studios, Paramount Parks, Busch Entertainment and Six Flags. More recently he acted as risk control manager at insurance company SLE Worldwide.
“David brings a wealth of industry experience and will be a great asset in many different ways,” says Drayton Manor general manager of operations, Edward Pawley. “He has a huge knowledge of park operations and everything that entails, which can only benefit the park and those working with him. I’m delighted to have him on board.”
