Quassy Amusement & Waterpark here has announced the following 2022 special events:
April 23 & 24 and April 30 & May 1: Quassy Cares Neighbors In Need Weekends – Bring a non-perishable food item, dog food or dog toy, or personal care item and purchase an all-day ride wristband for only $15 ($24.99 without donation). One donated item per person required for the discount. Park hours 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
April 24: Egg Hunt For Prizes – 3 p.m. Children can search for Easter eggs with prizes inside. Guests must bring their own collection bags/baskets for the candy and eggs to be scattered in the lawn area of the park. Sorry, not adults allowed in the egg hunt area.
May 1: Dance Day – Local and area dance studios and schools will perform on the Carousel Theatre stage. Call 203-758-2913 ext. 105 to schedule a performance time. $25 registration fee.
May 14: Scout Day – Pre-sale discount all-day ride passes for scout troops and family members. Call 203-758-2913 for details.
May 15: Martial Arts Day – Regional karate and martial arts schools/studios to present demonstrations at the Carousel Theatre stage. Park hours 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
June 4: School Music Festival – Local and area students will perform at the Carousel Theatre stage starting at 11 a.m.
June 7: Homeschool Day – Ticketed event includes rides, waterpark, lunch and educational programs. Call 203-758-2913 for ticket information.
June 17: Wings & Things – Ticketed event includes a great summer menu including three kinds of chicken wings, hamburgers, hot dogs and more. Evening ride/waterpark wristband included. Only $29.99 per person. Use promo code JUNEWINGS22 to purchase tickets at www.quassy.com.

August 20: Christian Dance Day – Praise and worship dance teams will perform on the Carousel Theatre stage during the day.
Sept. 3 & 4: Constitution State Feis (Irish Dance Competition) – Hundreds of Irish dancers from throughout New England and surrounding states will compete on two stages during the colorful and fun event. Competition kicks off around 9 a.m. both days. Presented by Horgan Academy of Irish Dance.
Sept. 24 & 25: OKTOBERFEST – Annual celebration in the pavilion with live music both days. Discount pre-sale meal, beverage and all-day ride passes available online using promo code OKTOBERFEST22 at www.quassy.com. Park hours 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Oct. 7, 8, 9, 14, 15, 16, 21, 22, 23, 28, 29, 30: Terror At Quassy – Second annual Halloween event Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings with numerous haunted attractions throughout the park. Major rides in operation. Gates open at 7 p.m. Everyone must purchase a ticket to attend this event.
