Lagoon Park introduces OdySea
Zierer jet ride debuts
New this year at Lagoon Amusement Park, Farmington, Utah, is OdySea, a themed jet ride from Zierer in which guests take control of their own plane.
During the course of the ride, riders receive a warning that spitting fish will be spraying streams of water into the ride path. Illuminated arrows on the vehicle dashboard direct riders to dive or climb to avoid contact with the water.
Nautilus, an identical ride, operates at Copenhagen's Tivoli Gardens. Last season Lagoon Park added Wicked, a vertical launch coaster from Zierer.
