Sally appoints senior designer
Dark ride supplier Sally Corporation has selected Dan Faupel, formerly vice-president of Creative Visions, to become its senior designer. With Creative Visions, Dan was involved in projects for Six Flags, Universal Studios, Busch Gardens, Knott’s Berry Farm among various other parks and attractions.
“We conducted an extensive search to find the right person for this position,” says Sally Corporation CEO John Wood, “someone with a wide range of capabilities and experience who could hit the ground running. Dan is a great fit and has already put his expertise to work on several new Sally projects.”
In addition to his design work, Faupel has experience as a production manager and project manager, hands-on finish artist and sculptor. He is also on the board of directors for the International Association of Haunted Attractions.
