TiLE Forum
Published:  23 May, 2007

Industry professionals that have always found the TiLE conference a little too long to justify at this time of the year will be encouraged to learn that the 2007 event, in Northern Italy, has been condensed into just two and a half days. We’ll see you there!

Participants are being encouraged to arrive in time for Tuesday evening's buffet dinner sponsored by Jack Rouse Associates, then depart after the final session on the Thursday afternoon, or even stop on for a possible tour of Gardaland on Friday.

During this period, there will be two parties, networking breakfasts, breaks and lunches – time for you to meet your peers in the industry, reflect on the future and be stimulated by new ideas, technologies and products. This year’s venue, Villa Erba at Lake Como, is a beautiful setting about an hour from Milan

TiLE has always attracted delegates from across the leisure industry – from theme parks through to museums. Chairing the programme this year is Paul Carty from the Guinness Storehouse brand centre in Dublin, Ireland's most successful attraction, which is also a sponsor of the conference. The Innovation & Networking Gallery, a focused mini-exhibition featuring technology specialists, theming suppliers and creative consultants, will be a welcome add-on.

"I have been attending TiLE for the past six years as it is the best conference and exhibition for me to find new products and innovations and be stimulated by new ideas for our attractions,” says Michel Linet-Frion of Center Parcs and formerly Parc Astérix. “The networking is excellent and the opportunity to get out of the daily activity and have a chance to reflect on the trends in the industry is very valuable.”
