Kennywood acquires Story Land

Kennywood Entertainment of Pennsylvania is purchasing Story Land in Glen, New Hampshire, from the family-owned Morrell Corporation. The sale is expected to be completed in June.

New Hampshire natives Robert S and Ruth T Morrell founded Story Land in 1954 as a children’s theme park based on classic fairytales. Under two generations of family ownership the park has grown from a tiny roadside attraction into one of New Hampshire’s most popular summer destinations.
