New president for WDW

Meg Gilbert Crofton has been promoted to president of the Walt Disney World Resort in Florida, replacing Al Weiss. A 27-year Disney veteran who has held key positions in worldwide human resources, operations and sales, she becomes the first woman to lead the Lake Buena Vista, Orlando, attraction in its 35-year history.
Most recently, Crofton, 52, served for four years as executive vice-president of human resources for Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, with responsibility for all human resources services for its 99,000 employees.
Al Weiss was last fall was named to lead all of Disney's resorts and theme parks worldwide.
