Perks’ Leisureland in Galway, Ireland, this summer added two new rides from Zamperla amid what was a generally disappointing season in terms of business.
Taking a central position in the park was a new Family Swinger (pictured), complemented by a Jump Around bouncing jeep ride for the kids. Making a guest appearance this season was M&D Taylor’s giant Ferris Wheel from Scotland. Two seasons ago the Perks family took delivery of a Zamperla spinning mouse coaster, which remains one of the park’s most popular rides.
At the time of writing, trade was beginning to pick up but after one of the wettest Julys on record, there was still a lot of ground to gain. The season was due to finish on September 6.
