UK suppliers appoint new chairman
John Davies from OmniTicket Network (pictured left) is the new chairman of the British Amusement and Leisure Equipment Suppliers association, ALES-UK.
The announcement was made earlier this month at the ALES-UK annual general meeting (AGM), where Interlink’s Mike Anderson (pictured right) ended his two years as head of the association.
“I look forward to furthering the association and the benefits it offers to members,” says Davie, who serves as OmniTicket’s director of UK operations. “We will also be continuing our strategy of increasing membership numbers.”
ALES-UK is the only trade organisation representing UK suppliers of all types of amusement equipment exists to help members obtain new business, attend international trade shows and keep up to date with industry legislation.
At the same February meeting, Paul Whittaker of Pan Amusements was appointed vice-chairman of the organisation, while Gerry Robinson continues as secretary. More information from alesuk8@hotmail.com
