Latest ride heading to Costa Rica
During the IAAPA Attractions Expo in Orlando, Zamperla's 50th Disk 'O’ ride was sold and to commemorate the purchase a plaque went to Parque de Diversiones San Jose, Costa Rica.
At the Zamperla booth to for the presentation are Alberto Zamperla and Luis Gamboa, president of Parque de Diversiones. The 26-year-old park, the only amusement park in Costa Rica, hosts 800,000 guests per year in a country of 4.5 million. Home to 30 rides, Parque de Diversiones is a non-profit operation for the Costa Rica Children's Hospital.
