HIGH JUMP by Maxi Fun
Well known already its range of bungee trampolines, Maxi Fun of Switzerland is now offering a reverse bungee attraction. The High Jump is 15-metres high and, once the release mechanism is activated, propels participants, or ‘jumpers,’ up to 18 metres high – reaching five stories in less than 1 second.
Each jump is adjusted according to the rider’s weight, ensuring a consistent experience for all. Jumpers are held in place by a harness. “The High Jump will appeal to parks that already have a trampoline and now want something bigger,” believes Maxi Fun’s Didi Wenger. “For those wanting a reverse bungee attraction, it is also a much cheaper investment than traditional ‘capsule’ rides.” The first unit was delivered in October.
