The Chimelong resort in Guangzhou, China, has opened Asia’s largest waterpark. The Chimelong Water Park, which debuted May, covers over 30 acres and includes several world-first attractions including a Family Boomerango from Whitewater West Industries.

Swimsuit-clad riders shoot high up a wall and pause for a moment of weightlessness before you sliding back to earth and over a hump before finally splashing into the pool below. This signature attraction uses a raft created to hold three to five riders at a time.

Chimelong Water Park also includes a Master Blaster water coaster, Giant RainFortress play structure, high speed slides and a dual wave pool.

Existing attractions at the Chimelong resort include a night safari, 4-star hotel and the Chimelong Paradise amusement park.
