Animal playground for Greenwood
Greenwood Forest Park, North Wales, recently opened a new outdoor play attraction. Tunnel Warren was installed by the Western Log Group (WLG) following the success of another attraction from the same supplier, Tree Top Tower, which helped visitor numbers increase by 20%.
Tunnel Warren offers many of the same features as Tree Top Towers but is aimed at children of a smaller size. Designed to aid the under 7s with their physical skills, the new attraction includes an array of timber structures, plastic tunnels, wooden ramps, steps, rope bridges and slides and features an animal theme.
Located near the town of Bangor, Greenwood Forest Park has grown to become one of the region’s leading family leisure attractions. Its ethos is that fun and learning can have a low environmental impact. The park home, for example, to a people powered rollercoaster.
