New GM for Crealy Devon

The former head of operations at Europe-wide ski and adventure company has been appointed general manager of the original Crealy Great Adventure Park in Devon, England.

Iain Ashton (pictured), formerly of Acorn Adventures, will be oversee the daily operation of the park as managing director Angela Wright MBE focuses on marketing and strategic direction for both Crealy in Devon and its sister park in the neighbouring county of Cornwall. He will be in charge of a team of 50 permanent and 200 seasonal staff.

"We welcome Iain to Crealy and are confident that both guests and staff will appreciate his positive impact on the park, reinforcing our position as the region's favourite family attraction,” says Wright.

Crealy is winner of several local and international awards for customer service, training, marketing and business operations, including South West Attraction of the Year. New attractions this season include the dinosaur-themed, summer-long Dina's Lost World.
