Palace buys Waterworld USA
Palace Entertainment, the largest owner-operator of water parks in the U.S., has purchased the right to operate Waterworld USA in Sacramento, California, from Six Flags. Renamed Raging Waters Sacramento, it will open in May 2007. Palace will run the park until 2015, with an option to extend the contract to 2025. The waterpark sits on property owned by Cal Expo.
