Transac FECs change hands

CNL Income Properties Inc, a real estate investment trust located in Orlando, Florida, has acquired 11 family entertainment centres (FECs) from Trancas Capital, LLC, the second largest operator of local amusement parks in the US

All of the FECs are leased back to Trancas Capital for operation under longterm, triple-net leases. This transaction marks the fourth attractions acquisition by CNL Income Properties and includes Fiddlesticks Fun Center, Tempe, Arizona; Funtasticks Fun Center, Tucson, Arizona’ Camelot Park, Bakersfield, California; Grand Prix, Tampa, Florida’ Putt-Putt Fun Centers in Raleigh, North Carolina, and Lubbock, Texas; Zuma Fun Centers in Charlotte, North Carolina, Knoxville, Tennessee, North Houston, Texas, and South Houston, Texas; and Montasia Fun Center, North Richland, Texas.
