The project includes two phases, the first of which will combine a top-quality museum, resort, and themed attractions with a presentation of Mayan culture. The second phase will include 1,000+ more hotel rooms, plus four distinct zones. The Park Maya Extreme will be a lush jungle-themed area. Maya Adventure will be a recreating of an ancient Mayan city. Maya Discovery will be an interactive historical exhibition of Mayan anthropology and archaeology. Amikoo Land, home of the park’s Amikoo Family characters, will be a family-focused area with shopping and restaurants.
