Now that the $1.9 billion (€1.3bn) Galaxy Macau resort casino has opened (it debuted on May 15), Gary Goddard – pictured here on site – can get back to working on theme park projects.
Gary Goddard Entertainment (GGE) developed the design of this latest casino in Asia’s renowned gambling haven. Standing next to The Venetian Macao, Galaxy’s exterior adopts the familiar casino resort profile, but is enhanced by south east Asian theming.
GGE’s return to the theme park sector is highlighted by its involvement in the Lotte Group’s plans to develop a new phase of Lotte World in Seoul, South Korea, where Goddard’s company will provide the schematic design. Other new planned projects include Chinese developments in Qingdao and Fuzhou, plus a massive new development in Indonesia, as well as a new theme park in Armenia.
