Splash Country gets SwiftWater

Proslide Canonbowl for Dollywood waterpark Dollywood’s Splash Country, Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, will introduce SwiftWater Run for its 2008 season. Representing a $1 million investment, the attraction is a Canonbowl from ProSlide Technologies and will offer double or single-passenger tubes that take guest through a 54-inch diameter tunnel before propeling them into a large bowl.

Wild Adventures announces 2008 additions

Veggie Tales and a new ride planned Wild Adventures, Valdosta, Georgia, will add a new thrill ride, The Rattler by Moser, and 300 animals for its 2008 season.
